Hi guys! I post this on the middle of another topic, but I didn't have an answer.
So, can you give me ideas for the FINAL LOAD of the mini chop cup??? My idea is to add a mini-mini-'chop cup' of plastic ( my mini chop cup is made of brass) with a clored ball inside, this time a talk about when I was a child..., and for finish a say that I will explain how I did it, and say that I don't have only one ball, but three, and show 3 sponge balls from the mini chop cup. My mini chop cup, is realy small, so I can't put even an egg....ideas?????????? THANKS! All the best, :bikes: Mesquita

I have used with good success golf balls.
Then when the spectators think the effect is over I've switched them out for a "putting practice" gimmick which looks like 2 balls fused together. You hand those to a specky and tell her she has to squeeze them to make them fit back into the cup. After a good squeeze, she'll see the balls now squished together. It's quite a surprise. woo hoo.

I don't believe there are any Wal-Mart stores in Minas Gerais.
Take the cup to a place that sells toys and see what you can find that will fit into it.

How about a lemon that is bigger than the cup. You know pretending it came from the cup.

Bill, WalMart is taking over the world. I bet they have one, and if WalMart isn't in South America, it will be.
Roland has a good idea too, good acting and good angles can accomplish that I bet.

Bill,Wal Mart/ Sam's Club is in Playa Del Carmen, Mexico, so I figured it might be everywhere. I have proof of the "invasion" in the form of a picture I took from a taxicab when I was there in January. I thought it rather funny myself. I traveled 2000 miles to go to Sam's Club !

I was kind of surprised to see the familiar plastic bags from Wal-Mart in the hands of several of my fellow train riders. This was for two reasons, one is that very few stores in Germany actually give out bags. Most shoppers carry them with them, or they pay for them. BTW, a kumquat might make a good load. A tangerine would probably be too big.

Cherry tomatoes.
My ex-cat was named "Muffin". "Vomit" would be a better name for her. AKA "The Evil Ball of Fur".

Dutch Bonnet hot peppers (line: "Now that's a hot trick."
Small eggs (line: "And they said I couldn't pullet off.") Produce an egg too big for the cups by possibly a goose egg palming it and shaking it out of the cup. Brussel Sprouts (line: "I learned this trick in Belgium.") Small pool balls (Its been done before and it takes practice to keep them from talking.) Large nuts and/or a matching bolt (again chatter must be controled) Small red potatoes Strawberries Nuts What about making Jello molds to load in each in in different colors. Maybe with fruit (berry) suspended in them. Smalls balls of string or yarn. Large bulky class rings.

Using a die or a pair (of dice) for the routine itself might work well. You could end with a larger different color die.
And do the Sack's dice routine either before or after the cup routine. |

I have a Don Allan Mini Cup and a matching solid cup made of copper. I switch the cup out for the solid one at the end. And explain that it is now a paper-weight. I also like the idea of a casade of mini coins or dime size coins. comming out of the cup. I play the single cup as a monte or old street hustler game, so the money at the end is a nice touch. I am not sure of the book or books this is listed in but you have to construct a "load cup" and cover the outside with felt or foam this help keep the final load quite. If you want to know more about this PM me and I will try to locate the "Load Cup" item in my books. Another cool load is a streamer...Ala Johnny Ace Palmer and Snoopy's Top Hat (See Johnny's FISM Act for ref.) These streamers are mylar and are avilb at most magic shops and dealers. GOOD LUCK

I found a Yellow practice Golf ball at Taaaah Daaaah... Wal-Mart! It looks great popping out from under a Copper Cup. Its a perfect fit looks too big but still has just enough clearence to work smooth. I also saw some small 8 Ball air freseners in the automotive section of ....Wal Mart that might be pattered in.
