Any of you know how to separate the glass bulb from the metal base on a light bulb. I broke the glass part of my bulb in mouth and can not afford to replace it right now. While on the subject, do you know how to "hot rod" the unit so it glows brighter onstage?

If you have not figured it out yet try this, cut a potatoe in half and push the white surface down ionto the broken part, there will be some small shards of glass still attached to the metal, push down firmly and give it a twist, should work!
