I'm looking for a rope thru body effect that is affordable and yet effective. Any recommendations?

Are you lookg for rope thru your own body, or through a volunteer's body? If you go with Hang 'em High, make sure you pick up the video as well.

You might want to chaeck an old "Magicana" Column by Charlie Miller if you can access a file of Genii. Charlie published a "Rope Through Body" effect by none other than Paul Fox - quite good...

You also might want to check with Pavel. I use his rope through neck which is a great prop. I believe he also has a rope through body.

Daryl does something you may like on the "Fooler Dooler" series. Check it out if you can.

I use to be able to do a trick like this many years (when I was a kid). I forget how now...it was something pretty simple. It had a special knot and all...but I use to do it wrong, and it wrap around my wasit in in knot that I could never untie.
