I regularly use a "Sharpie" in my close-up work for signing cards etc.
I discovered a bit that gets a great laugh. However, do this as soon as possible as the novelty will probably wear off soon, as this is a timely comedy bit. When you need to have a spectator sign a card, I say, "Does anyone have a Sharpie? I have one." I then proceed to remove the Sharpie from my sock ala SFO 49's Terrell Owens! This either gets a big laugh or they don't get it at all. If you do not watch football, you won't get it. However, if the spectator saw the deed done by Terrell when he scored his TD and used the infamous Sharpie, they will laugh like crazy! Let me know what you think! Bascomb

You can say," Keeping a Sharpie in my sock..it's just Terrell-ble!"
On how long this would be effective, I think the gag will only work for a week...then it is old forgotten news. |
