I just got off the phone with Nick, hopefully there will be more interest in IFC or Sundance channel. That type of network is perfect for this type of genre/documentary.

In case anyone is interested, a lot of sites are listing the DVD for pre-order, and the American Carny site lists a release date of 1-08 as well as retailers. FYE seems to have it for a very reasonable price of 11.49, but maybe someone can shed some light on where the best place to order from would be to ensure the creator and everyone involved gets their dues. I always would rather support the artists than big business.

I don't care about preferring to avoid "big business," the creators decided where to sell it and the deal they made was the deal they agreed to. I pay $75/year (approx) for "Amazon Prime" (free shipping, and 2-day speed thrown in) and get far more than that in value. |

Actually, to put it accurately, I pay $75/year for "all you can eat 2-day shipping," and that includes to myself, my boy at college, or anyone anywhere else I want to send a gift to. And since I hate wandering through stores, and going to the post office to send stuff, it more than pays for itself.
