How is Bob Kings breather any different/better than the standard "X" type breather crimp commonly used?

Simplest, easiest and best card trick, my vote would be for Dr. Daley's Last Trick. Pretty easy to perform, simple, direct and magic happens in the spectators hands.

I second the vote for card warp. I remember everything about the first time I saw it. I remember thinking, "I can actually learn to do that? ME?! DO THAT??!!!" It had a profound effect on me in magic.
It was that strong. |

By far, I think that the best/easiest trick is JC's Super Closer. Granted, the deck must be set up, but I don't think you can beat the effect being that it requires NO SLEIGHTS. Any beginner should add this to their arsenal. This trick can be found in "The Commercial Magic of JC Wagner".

Gemini Twins. So easy, yet so deceptive. I just fooled a friend with it. He then said he knows only one magic trick, the old key card locator. Something about the Gemini Twins handling makes the cards seem randomly thrown in the deck.

Resurrecting or necroing means to add to threads that have not been commented on in a LONG time. What people have noticed - myself incliuded - is that every thread you have commented in has been an old thread. Now, you may be simply contributing to the knowledge base and that's cool. But, on virtually and forum, people are always curious when a new user makes a comparatively large number of posts in a short time in older threads. Welcome to The Café. Looking forward to more posts from you and maybe even some new threads of your own. Namsste, Vlad |

So long as its been "resurrected" --- I'd never seen the thread before, just went over it. Read Stefan's post...talk about missing the point and lousing up a trick!! No need for crimps with Lazy Man's Card Trick - NOT AT ALL.

If I had to pick a best, easy, strong trick, it would have to be "Out Of This World". Funny, mine would be whatever it takes to get the hot brunette to call the number I wrote on the back of the card I gave her. |

I will resurrect what I and others have said in the past about such threads which ask what is best greatest?
It is not a good question. What is the best for one may not be the best for you, me or anyone else. |

Out of everything I do, "Lazy Man's Card Trick" consistently gets the best response. In fact, I actually don't really like when the chosen card ends up on the top of the deck. It's almost too perfect. I prefer it to end up a few cards down. In any case, Lazy Man's Card Trick is my answer to the OP's question from a decade ago. - Bob |
