mormonyoyoman Inner circle I dug 5,000 postholes, but I have only 2440 Posts |
Made the mistake of looking at some of my older posts, and am alarmed at the ignorance and rudeness I displayed. Especially in the threads which criticized the L&L audiences.
Since I'd rather not resurrect those misbegotten posts, I've created this to apologize to any performers or audience members who read those posts. Especially since I have absolutely NO "room to talk." Y'see, I found that I have the unfortunate tendency to act much like Jon (the excited one) when faced with a really, really good presentation. Dunno why; it's not the fame of the performer. I've met more famous people and count some as my friends, but good magicians reduce me to putty. What's more, I've discovered a Jon or two in my audiences from time to time - usually when I'm pulling the same effects that caused the real Jon to go bananas. So my apologies. Studio audiences may not be "on the job" audiences, but they're evidently not as far off-base as I once thought. *jeep! --Chet

Lol - There's always at least one Jon in any audience.
