What is this called, where can I learn it, and is it a gimmick or sleight?

Folding bill, and a lot of places sell it seperetly and it can be found on dozens of DVD's. I got mine from http://www.corbinmagic.com

A good place to learn the folding bill is Michael Ammar's Easy to Master Money Miracles. Now I don't remember on which of the 3 DVDs. I personally don't do it... Too much set-up...

I learned this from one of Mark Wilson's Video Course in Magic tapes. I remember Mats Kjellstrom posting on this Café that Stefan Schutzer was offering the effect for free due to a lot of rip offs that came out of the market.

I thought the creator of this effect gave it up for free on a website somewhere. After everyone and his brother ripped it off and started selling and teaching it.
