Search Google thusly:
http://video.google.com/videosearch?q=am......amp;lv=0 The Archive of American Television has put online its treasury of interviews (intelligent ones, not "Entertainment Tonight" ones) with television entertainment pioneers. I just watched several hours with Buffalo Bob Smith of "Howdy Doody" fame - just looking thru the first results page, I see Angela Lansbury, James Garner, director Delbert Mann, there's also Sid Caesar and Carl Reiner and more! Streams like a dream, too! |

These are wonderful interviews. WHat a find! I think it is so important to have these people's interviews saved. It was great listening to some childhood actors that I used to watch.

Having met him once in person, I got a special kick out of seeing Buffalo Bob Smith. He was a very pleasant person.
Not incidentally, Buffalo Bob was a great friend of IBM co-founder Gene Gordon. Ed Hutchison |

A lot of fellows nowadays have a B.A., M.D., or Ph.D. Unfortunately, they don't have a J.O.B. - Fats Domino
