I'm racking my brain to remember whose effect it is, but it is really strong and might do what you are looking for. Maybe someone else can recall it. The effect is this: Magician borrows a bill. After some clowning around, he tears off a corner that includes the serial number and gives the S/N to the spec as a receipt. Bill is vanished or burned, and the remainder of the bill is discovered in an impossible location. It can be anywhere. The tear and the serial number match exactly. Might be called something like Anywhere Bill, or.... I did a little looking around on The Café and could not find it. I've seen the effect, know how it works, but do not own it.
Can someone help? |

Well I don't see how can use the "intercessor " with a bill knowing the fact that in the effect I want to show, th eend of the tearing must be made by the spectator and I don't think you can this with this method, jonathan, cna you ??

Having the spectator tear a bill is unusual and Jonathan was going on a good assumption that the magician did the tearing. I think you've got a language barrier issue here as I suspect that by '...the end of the tearing...' you might be trying to tell us that the spectator finishes the tear that the magician begins, is that correct? If you'll reply with specificity we may be able to assist with more clarity. P.S. Hope those french nights start to cool down soon. The news here is that it's chaos when the sun goes down...good luck. |

It's amazing what you can do if you make the switch just after they tear a corner.
Even more so if you also switch out the corner ( teleport envelope or similar )

Who in the right mind would tear a bill???? why not a card or napkin. Actually, its funny I say card because a lone time ago, probably in th hundreds, people could sometimes use playing cards for money, kindof like today ecxept today we use credit CARDS!

Thansk for your message CHARLIE, I hope the night calm down too!!!
concerning the effect , you're right, I meant that the spectator just finishes the end of the tearing and by the same time keeps the corner but maybe I'm looking for something too perfect and a switch would have the same impact, I'll check KEN DRISCOLL effect. I was planning on tearing a bill because for me it(s more interesting than tearing a card !!that's all!!thanks for teh reply and I'll keep on searching! |
