I am looking at the David Dee Marketing Course for Magicians. Has any one purchased the course and used it? Any opinions?
Thanks, John Cesta |

I have Dave Dee's course, and it is excellent! I do recommend it. I have not put everything into action yet, but what I have used, shows great promise.

I also have it and don't particularly care for it. You could go to Barnes and Noble and Buy Tom Hopkins' book, "How to Master the Art of Selling" for about $10-15 and get most of the same info. I feel the Adam Christing "Getting The Gigs" course is a much better course and a much better value, from a guy who has more calls for shows than people to fill them! It's also put together better and of high production quality. It's available through a number of dealers, I think, and I know that Brad Burt sells it.

I like the idea of Dave Dees course. He claims that the letters and ads are written and ready to go, I mean, I know that I would have to customize them some but it seems as though the grunt work is done. I am fairly familiar with basic marketing concepts but I have never put this kind of promotion together.
Is that how the the Adam Christing "Getting The Gigs" is structured? Thanks, John Cesta |

I've just been offered the new improved, washes whiter than white version for under $100. Still a lot if it's not worth it or not the best out there. Scott seems unimpressed, any other views to add, please?

Here is what I can tell you about the Dave Dee marketing course.
1.) He gives a 100% money back guarantee. Test-drive it for I think 90 days. 2.) Dave does have the letters ready, I have Tom Hopkins book and they ain’t in there. 3.) Dave has one letter you sent out if they don’t response to your promo package. I sent a ton of information to a company that had called about my trade shows. Two weeks later, No Response. I Knew in my heart I had lost the gig, I only sent the letter because I didn’t know what else to do. A few days later the company called apologizing that they had gotten busy and was hoping I was still availably. I booked just at $10,000 with that one client over the next 12 months. In my humble opinion It works. Did I mention he offers a 100% money back guarantee. Ron Calhoun PS Mr Secret-ary if you think $100 is to much to spend you should save your dough. If I had paid 7 times that amount it would still be a great deal. Did I mention he offers a 100% money back guarantee.
