Hi everyone, this is for the coin guys that would like to have stronger fingers for their manipulations.

I execise and stretch my hands and fingers religiously everyday, either with a tennis ball,a 3 inches super ball etc., I even do the execises from this webside http://www.handhealth.com/ffchallenge.asp ; but now I found this little cute toy and here is the webside, just in case you guys want to check it out.

Yeah, I have a set of these, T, 1, 2, 3, 4. I can do the #2 easily, but working on the #3. These will get you strong hands.

I find that a bulldog clip works very well. I don't know if you call them that in the US but in the UK they are used for holding sheathes of paper together and have a built-in spring. I find them great for exercising the muscle of the hand and fingers - you can squeeze it by using several combinations of fingers and thumb. The muscles of the hand are very complex, but by trying different combinations you will notice where you get an ache - that is where you will have a muscle.
Don't forget coin rolls: doing this is a great warm up exercise (both hands down and up).
