I found these online today.
http://goreydetails.net/search.php?category=39 Old time portraits that morph from normal people to ghoulish variations. Can't attest personally to the quality because I don't own one. They look pretty impressive though. Each item has a quicktime movie to show you the change and it's pretty smooth. I figured this would make a great prop in a story line. I've seen them in real time. I wouldn't mind having a couple for my haunted house.

They have a nice little collection of them at the Magic Underground in Reno- many folks look quickly at the photos on the wall and walk right by missing them entirely!
Every now and then someone gives a yelp and you just "know" why! Kay
