Can anybody please give me some recomondations. I looked on the forum and people recommended some stuff but I couldn't find then anywhere online. If you recommend something could you please put a sight on where I could find it.

The ultra thin clipboard is very good. It is a great size for street magic. I forgot who makes it,, but it is good. Also, Andy Nyman has a wonderful 3 in 1 notepad with a peek tool, impression, and other stuff, it's pretty cool.

If using a board in street performances, then yeah... Riggs I guess. However, I would recommend using billets or a peek wallet. As a clipboard when you're walking around performing, might appear a bit odd.

Piers,
With john Riggs which one would you recommend? Is the impression notepad good/the beautiful butterfly? Can you still ask the spectator to write a number down and know what they are writing? |

I cant personally speak for Beautiful Butterfly, but it sounds good though. But yeah, I would recommend an impression pad as opposed to an impression clipboard. There are loads available. Shrinks IA pad, Andrew Edmonds Janus Pad, this new one who I cant remember the originator of: First Impressions. Mind Spy Pad from Alakazam etc. etc.
If you just want them to write down a number, I would personally opt for Millard Longmans Acidus Peek. No need to by expensive gadgetry for such a small and easy thing. Its described in Thought Reading with Billets, I know Richard Osterlind describes it in Mind Mysteries 1 I believe. Its mentioned here and there. Hope that helps... Sincerely, Daniel Young

Is there anything that I can use where I just give the spectator something to write on and then I would know what it is instantly?

Gene Urbane put out a product a few years ago, you would have them write the number and tear off the sheet. Then have them crumple it into a ball (you demonstrate with the next sheet) then have them put it in their pocket. You could then tell them what the wrote. I'll go through my stuff this week and see if I still have the box. (I think it is Mind Scanner II, but not sure.)
Another Idea is John Cornelius'Thought Transmitter. Tony |

It is "Mindscan 2" put out by Gene Urban and Kenton Knepper
The phone number on the back is 602-946-7510. I checked the shop where I bought mine, and it is not listed anymore. You can try that number or email Kenton and see if he carries them still. Tony |
