Kevin James also has a great Sharpie vanish in his lecture notes. The notes are only like $5 and has some great ideas! I've been performing his sharpie vanish for almost 5 years and have yet to get busted.

Carl Cloutier vanishes a Sharpie in one of his acts. It must be on one of his videos or DVDs, but I don't have any of his published work, so can't comment.

Read Jim Pace's "A" Material Book. It has a bit with a sharpie where he tells about 4 "groaner" jokes, then vanishes the sharpie and reproduces it. It's pretty neat. I added this bit to my ambitious card routine.

Hey, Jim's "groaner" jokes are very good lol. I actually use some and his bit with the pen from the bank is a killer!

I think Cigar manipulations will work well on Sharpie's.

I bought Tom Mullica's videos to add a spice on a pen cap when I perform RECAP by Gregory Wilson. Smile

Carl Cloutier shows how to do it on "Third Hand Magic". He explains it very well and shows two ways to do it. I first saw him do it on "World's Greatest Magic (4 I think) Amazing! The man is a master.

Nope... wrong again. This sharpie vanish is brilliant. The first time I saw Jim do this, I was absolutely floored. It is something that you should see live, it doesn't look as good on video. I recommend anything by Jim, he is an extremely talented guy. And he was an even better mentor.
