Just to let you all know that Paisley Magic Circle have got Kostya Kimlat presenting his lecture on Thursday 19 January, starting at 7:30pm. The price of entry to non-members is £10. Paisley Magic Circle meet at St Margaret's Church Hall, Paisley Road, Renfrew (click here for a map).

For those that don't know, Kostya is a highly dynamic and super skilled magician. In the past few years his career has escalated at a phenomenal rate: from doing restaurant magic in Orlando to performing at trade shows across the USA and on international television.

In the magic world he has lectured at LVMI, Magic Castle and performed in front of a packed house at Magic Live in Las Vegas, always to rave reviews. To say that Kostya's card handling is slick is an understatement. He performs some of
the best sleight of hand magic we have ever seen (or not seen) and his original plots and energetic style make watching him in action a pleasure. His Triumph routine is simply... real magic.

His lecture will feature practical magic for all skill levels and will also include some surprising props, such as peanuts and license plates! After a January performance at Hollywood's Magic Castle and an appearance at the Session Convention in Gloucester, you won't want to miss Kostya's only appearance in Scotland!

Having seen him at the International Convention in London at the end of November, I can tell you that you are in for an excellent evening - both as a lecture and as an enjoyable performance itself.
