Oh I understand Ed, it is a tough set of tricks, but that is what I like about this vid most. it just appeals so much to my tastes in card magic... I would probly perform every trick on this tape on a regular basis if I had the opportunity to perform sitting down. (which I normally don't) tonight I performed the ace cutting routine at a party, first time that the spec didn't cut to an ace after the second time in a row.. (but he was drunk) the other two specs had no problem (i use 3 specs and myself to cut them) but I also was talking while setting up so I wasn't paying attention, got confused with the overhand stack shuffle and ran 8 cards instead of 6. so the cards were a bit further down then I expected. so... I guess by making my post I jinxed my performance of this trick lol.

Eddini,
That's quite a review you wrote. I am glad you enjoyed the tape however I did find it interesting that you rated his "Cheating at 21" lower than the other effects. I have had the opportunity to perform this effect on several occasions and it absolutely kills. Give it a shot and see if you like it. Also, keep up the reviews !!!

For me, Andrew Wimhurst is the best. I have seen all of the greatest legends of the past 60 years and Andrew, on this DVD, impresses me the most. The combination of his style of card handling and his performing personality just rings a bell with me.
Many were greatly impressed by Bill Malone, and rightly so, but I much prefer Andrew Wimhurst. Make some more DVDs, Andrew. Best regards, Glenn Godsey |
