Sorry for this guys, stoooopid question time.
I am reading a lot of rave reviews for the Dark Museum, everyone commenting on the exceptional quality of the pieces, indeed the site pictures of these oddities look remarkable. But for all my searching I am unable to find a description of the actual effect these props are made for? Is there an actual routine to these things are are they props/tools to be used in your own creations and routines?? Sorry for the stoopid question. Will |

Thanks for the interest Will.
The prop ensembles are wrapped around my simplified version of Deddy's 'Free Will'. (original available at Elmwood Magic by the way.) On my site it will give a description of what takes place in this easily acomplished prediction.

Quoting the website " The spec is in control of what happens at all times. The spec will choose the objects in whatever order he/she prefers and disposes of each in a certain way. At the end of the Routine, the Prediction (which they have held the entire time) is opened and the performer has correctly IN DETAIL described every move the Guest has made and your Guest will call ALL the shots!! No Gimmicks, No envelopes, no stooges, no NWs, no sleights... just your relaxed brain! Now you have the realistic props and a solid story to put it over the top as a Colorful Mysterious Presentation. Make it scary or funny! Even though very SIMPLE to perform, You will recieve the NEW Dark Museum Field Manual of Instructions and performance tips and stuff. The props themselves will EACH be hand created by Doug Higley in the style he has become famous for...Creepy!"
Double posters should be shot!

I don't want to go on and on, but...
Doug's work creates gasps and astonishment....the service is unparallelled. If you are looking for something that both you and your spectators will get emotionally involved with and quite excited, get anything from Doug. I also mentioned in another post that Doug just keeps getting busier and the waiting list gets longer...the sooner you order your miracles, the sooner you can have the "Higley" experience. |

Dark Museum takes Free Will to a whole 'nother level. In truth, the effect can be performed with any 3 objects, but Higley's props are simply in a league of their own. Doug is a gentleman and gives Deddy credit for his routine. It is indeed both easy to do and produces excellent reactions from the audience. The original uses different colored disks, I believe. Dark Museum rules.

Thanks guys.
Sounds just perfect It's not often you hear such great reviews for a person and his products. I've not been a member of these forums long, but I'd just like to say what a wonderful bunch of people you all are, makes a refreshing change. I'm sold, Doug, you can expect my order soon |
