Sal Piacente's 'Juice' solution suffers with precisely the problems Expertmagician has been alluding to, namely alcohol based solutions burning the finish of the card. High quality juice is a closely guarded secret by those who sell it. The real deal is expensive but from my recent experiences, more than worth it. Check out http://www.marked-cards.com/ for more details. Hope this helps.

If you really think about it the cheap juice sells for about $30 and marks 4-5 decks (this equates to $6-$7 per deck)...and you have to worry about burning the finish and "set times" to make consistant marks.
High quality Juice sell for the $99 - $250 price range, depending upon where you buy it. If you pay about $100...it typically marks about 20-30 decks which equates to a little over $3-$4 per deck....and you don't have to worry about burning/dulling the finish or "set times". Therefore, the so called expensive Juice is actually more cost effective than the "cheap" juice....with the many benefits that a high quality product offers. Of course, each person has to make their own decision and make the own judgement as to what "risk of exposure" is worth
