I have a monumental fireplace that needs some work. I know you don't take money but if some of you can come around I'll give you some coffee.

I still don't understand you guys. Gaddy, pathetic....in fact I am amazed that the magic Café is running this post, it's just so lame....
On the internet you can find negative things about anything and I mean anything. Stop wasting time here and contribute to things that are worthwhile. Yes I know I shouldn't even repy as it adds to the morons who decide that individuals cannot be individuals without their say so... Free speech in the USA, I don't think so . Get a life

The "Curse of Greyface" is strong in this one! Great stuff. Well done! Has anyone here read "Behold a Pale Horse" by William Cooper, or any of the "King-Kill/33" conspiracy materials? Good clean fun, and good for a laff or three!

A couple of non-descript yet somehow... strange... men dressed entirely in black just came to my front door and casually suggested that I apologize for suggesting that there is anything out of the ordinary about the Freemason -OR the "Ancient Illuminated Seers of Bavaria" -Of which I am a current member in good standing.
Ergo: I apologize for suggesting that there is anything out of the ordinary about the Freemason -OR the "Ancient Illuminated Seers of Bavaria". Thank you. Fnord.

What a bitter man you are Gaddy. What's next. Poking fun at golfers who wear strange attire and in most of the better clubs , do not take new members unless uninvited. What about ripping into nuns for their clothing or the priesthood, or even magicians who, in general at corporate functions, wear .... black suits and many, black shirts.
Very sad.

"magus-inc",
The funny thing is I haven't "Poked Fun At" any masons at all -except possibly you -but I'm refraining because you're doing a pretty good job of that yourself, unknowingly, by the looks of it... I was merely highlighting some of the more bizarre things I've heard on the internet and in occult literature, and you took that and RAN with it, and took it all very personally. You need to look at yourself before you go casting aspersions at others. I am a member of two non-traditional "masonically influenced" magical Orders -both of which are wonderful in the fact that they can bloody well take a joke and are not at all offended by the random chatter of outsiders who have no idea what they are talking about. And yes, I do believe that both golfers and nuns have amusingly bad fashion sense!

You gotta admit, though, possession of the relic talking severed head of John the Baptist is pretty imaginative -even for conspiracy theorists!

An old thread, but as a Freemason - and a Past Master of a Blue Lodge - I thought I'd add a little. The shooting that was reported did happen, but was not part of any initiation or other sanctioned Masonic activity. It was a game that was played in that Lodge and was totally irresponsible. Blue Lodge refers to Masonic Lodges. Scottish Rite (of which I am a member), York Rite, and Shriners are appendant bodies and require belonging to a Blue Lodge first. If you have questions, try contacting the Grand Lodge where you live.
