The Magic Cafe Forums - What is the scariest movie you have seen

Speaking of "Evil Dead"...I lived in NC when they were shooting "Evil Dead II" and there was a write up in the paper about the special FX guy for it...Tom Sullivan.

I've LOVED movie "magic" and stop-motion animation monsters since like 1962...and called him at the high school where they had the "cabin set" for that movie. Wow it was HOT in there...the set was built in the middle of the school gym!

He invited me over and I got to see some sceens shot (with Bruce Campbell)...and the actual "Deadite" animation model and all. Can't remember what town this was (I would if I checked a NC map!) but it was a FUN experience!!!

This seems so LONG ago now...but a fun memory!
