I saw a video on De'vos website of him manipulating cards while they are on fire. I am very interested in this. Is anybody familiar with the method? Please PM me if you have any info. Thanks!

Cards + Lighter Fluid surely?
Sounds pointlessly dangerous to me! Gary |

Yeah, according to the site both De'vo and Jerry got burned fairly often while performing those manipulations...

Haven't seen the video but is there a chance it could have been done with video effects?
If not, sounds stupidly (and pointlessly as Gary said) dangerous to me. |

Why would anybody in their right mind do anything like that! You are just asking for trouble and would be potientially be a nominee for the Darwin Awards. Good point MMQ, whats the point?

I think I've seen the video you're talking about and the point is, it's looks fantastic. What's the point of Russian Roulette? What was the point in most of Blaine's and Criss Angel's stunts?
At least the guy was sensible enough to ask for advice. I'm assuming that they cover their hands in some sort of lubricant. I've wanted to do the same thing since seeing the video. Diane |
