Am currently back home and I'm copying all my videos on DVD's. Ah, Richard Ross, Salvano, Shimada, these are the great! I think what I love so much about their acts is the slow pace. They don't need loud music or fast movements to misdirect. They do everything really slowly, every move is deliberate, extremely clean.

You have great taste Christof! Ross, Shimada, and Kapps are my heroes in magic. Can you imagine the impact and impression Shimada had on me when I first saw his parasol act around the age of 10! And Ross performing his pocket watch act and Linking Rings is sheer artistry.
I don't have a formal education in theater but ALL I use and learned I learned from watching them. Quote:
