Any suggestions for a song or music for a ZZ routine?

Nope, every routine and performer is different. You can't just ask a question that general.

Tyler is quite right. You'll need to determine what style of music you want to use and what fits your performing style.

OK. that's fair. So how about any video of actual performances? I'm not looking to steal anything, just ideas for the future.

Have you set the rest of your show yet? Is there a theme which carries through? Continue that theme in your Zig-Zag; that should give you an idea of what type of music to use.

Just as long as there is no "one song" like hearing "The Twist" for the Twister illusion. - Maybe I have seen a few too many magic promo videos, but that does get old after a while.

As far as tunes go .. I usually use what's new and what the kids will like. Listen to the radio .. and you can picture it. Some times it works .. some times it doesn't. It really depends on your style .. try Cyndi Lauper.

Exactly! I'm with chezaday..
usually when I do shows (that are not for adults) I use music that most people listen too.. Or if I hear a good song in a movie I'll use it. |

When I saw "Move it on over" I thought " I like to move it"
the little kids would go for it because of it's recent showing in MADAGASCAR |

I saw a video of a guy doing the zig zag the other day and he used the music "You're once, twice, three times a lady." PM me and I will send you the link to the site.

David Copperfield when he was young do his zig zag with her assistant inside the box sing a song. Good creative idea. What you think??

Ssucahyo that reminds me of the 90s sitcom "Full House" where they did a ZZ in a variety show, the assistant got stuck in it, and she was on to sing a duet in the next act. She did it in the ZZ as a guy tried to get her out.

Just be sure that the song isn't so modern and catchy that it overpowers your magic. There's a reason it's called "background" music.
