Eugene Burger's Magical Voyages DVDs have some nice routines in them. I have been getting into TA Water's, Mind Myth and Magic as of late. The Book of Thoth by Stephen Minch has basic routines with Tarot cards. Pentology is getting very popular among Bizarrists. And of course, Capricornian Tales is a requirement to graduate Bizarre 101. I have many other books mentioned above and some day I will find the time to read them.

Weeelll as long as you are still playing with the tarot cards, you might want to pick up "The Book of Thoth" by Stephen Minch(I think). Very good tarot card effect book. Welcome to the Coven.

At other parties I have shown my magic when anyone has asked to see it and I have shown them ball and coin manipulation and tricks. This was very different. Someone said 'Eva will show us some of her magic later I am sure.' but I said that I wanted some assistance with a letter I had. This of course set the mood to curiosity. The word passed on and later everyone wanted to know what this letter was. I presented the letter very seriously with everyone sat or standing around the dining table and when all was done most of the guests were in silence and some had their hands to their mouths in shock. This reaction to me was a revelation. I have not performed anything else from Lolita yet. My Capricornian Tales book arrived today and so I am going to read this and plan my next bizarre effect! Eva

I would suggest the Euegene Burger DVDs. They contain a few inetresting stories to narrate with tarot cards. Very inspiring.
On a totally different note, anyone can suggest any good bizzare magic dvds apart from the ones from Burger? |

Don't shy away from Tarot, use your imagination and get a book on self working card tricks. Another bizzarests dream is the counts, cuts and forces booklet, 101 methods of forcing and many other easy tricks that can be adapted from playing cards to tarot.
It's refreshing to see a woman doing bizarre I am sure you can ad a great deal to the craft. And Curator! Don't forget yard sales too! Hell, occasionally Pier One is fruitful! Why is it called Draculea as opposed to Dracula?
