What precentage should I pay people in my show? Accroding to Tyas Frantz, you pay 30% to the manager and 15% to the agent. But how much do my assistants and my builders and my magic consultants get paid?

They get paid what you work out between you. It really depends on what your assistants do in the show. Some just carry things on and off, while others do as much or even more work than you do. So with you remaining percentage of money, you figure how much thier work/effort in the show is worth.
