I was browing the web and passed a page on Dai Vernon. In one of those rare moments of magical coincidence, I realized that his birthday (June 11th) was tomorrow.
I was wondering, do any magicians out there do anything special to commemorate the Professor's birthday? Maybe something with your magic club or make a special point to include a classical Vernon routine in your performance that day. |

Strangly enough, I was recently leafing through a Fred Kaps biograpghy and realized his birhtday (June 8) was the the next day,too.

I went to the Browser's Den of Magic here in Toronto. They said that they always close the shop on the Professor's birthday. (Whenever it falls on a Sunday.)
