There has been a lot of discussion about how so many of the effects in Maxwell's Classic Magic of Larry Jennings had been so poorly described. Could anyone tell me which ones to look out for and which could have been better described? On his company's website, Richard Kaufman often went at length about how badly written Maxwell's descriptions were. I've read a number of effects with no problem. But maybe I'm msising some of the nuances that could be helpful. So if anyone here could give me examples I'd really appreciate it.
Thanks Peter |

I've never had any problem following Mike Maxwell's trick descriptions in the Jenning's book. His prose, on the other hand, could use some work.

I agree with Ed. I have had no problems with the descriptions either.
This is a fine book too! Mike

The descriptions seem ok to me too. Lots of great magic in there.
