I have sculpted for a long time, but this is my first gaff of any sort. Let me know what you think (If it is worth displaying, improvements, what I should call it, etc...)
Thanks in advance! http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v636/g......tips.jpg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v636/g......side.jpg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v636/g....../top.jpg |

Looks pretty gnarly to me. It seems like something is missing though, and I can't put my mummified finger on it!

I've been thinking about adding a bone to the next one...And making it a bit more, urm...Untidy at the severance point. I lost a lot of the detail when I painted it, will have to work on that. Popeye tattoo...Might pass on that one.
The smell however...It's got that. When you open the box, the moss combined with the smell of the stain on the wood gives it a organic yet chemical odor. Very odd indeed. As for bread...Looks great on a kaiser roll (Stilt boy...Will PM you on the materials used). I think I might soak it in some water to see if I can loosen up the skin a bit,get it to wrinkle up a little. Thanks for the feedback! Gwyd |
