Who makes the best Svengali? Most that I have seen the short cards are crudely cut, with the edges left sharp and un-rounded. Also they seem shorter than neccessary. Any recomendations?

The ones that I have purchased are made of Bicycle stock from a brick and mortar shop in Daytona Beach, Florida. I suppose that they trim them there on the premises but who's to say? Any hoo, they are usually good to go. I even picked up a Mirage deck there and they are good to go also. I've heard good things about http://www.cardsbymartin.com perhaps he can help. Find a good local magic shop so you can address your concerns and they will let you examine the goods before you lay down the cash.

http://www.Magicfest.com has cards specially made for them by a fellow that trims each card individually, and then the corners on the short cards are rerounded. they're so good in fact, that you can faro the short and longs together (a rare thing, especially when using C.C.Co packs)
