Profile of Buster Balloon
Balloon twisting was born in the 1930's and first became popular on stage in vaudeville.

A friend and I are trying to compile as much info as we can on the history of balloon shows, and as it turns out, many of the early balloon pioneers were also magicians (Don Allan and U.F. Grant among them). We are especially interested in the vaudeville era. We have tracked down a pretty extensive collection of books from the 50's and after about performing with balloons, but there are still a lot of big gaps in the story. We would really love to talk to anyone who actually performed a balloon show during the 40's 50's or 60's.

Any help in tracking down these legends would be greatly apreciated.
