I remember seeing a peek... or maybe I read it... anyway, I want to review it but I can't seem to remember where I saw it. I thought it was in either Osterlind's series (MM 1-7) and EtMM 1-4 or Banacheck's Psi series on DVD... anyone know where this was without me having to search thru every DVD tape I have...
Geez... too much stuff... |

There's a peek on Mind Mysteries. There are at least two on Psi Series. Then there are two more on ETMMM.
Take your peek ( little play on words ) |

It was Acidus Plus on EtMM 4... sigh... I must have looked at the cover like 4 times and didn't catch it... it's been one of those weeks.
Thanks all! |

That peek is actually Al Mann's Azonic Force.

Osterlind indicates it's Acidus Novus. Al Mann published a version and Millard Longman independently developed his version. While Al Mann's Acidus Novus is out of print you can purchase Millard's package at this site: http://www.mevproshop.com/acidus-novus.html.

Just to correct you, Al Mann published a move called "Acidus" which involved a S**** before you p*****. Millard came up with the idea for a non-s**** method which Al later published.
Millard´s excellent version plus his further developments of the move can be seen in the link mentioned by Solarzar and it is truly one of the best buys in Mentalism. |

I made a mistake calling the move Acidus Plus on the videos. The book itself was called that and the move was called the Azonic Force. I made this correction publically here on the Café after the videos were released.

Thanks for the clarification Richard... and thanks for the awesome videos!
I've sacrificed many lambs in your honor... Well... ok... maybe not lambs... actually veal cutlets.... And I didn't actually "sacrifice" them... I ate them... But I did think of you... Well... I would have... but I was really hungry... Um... anyways... thanks for the tapes... I think you're one of the best teachers I've encountered so far! I hope to see more from you! |

I also own a copy of Millard Longman's Acidus Novus Complete Package. Richard Osterlind's material is really great, and the Acidus Novus Complete Package will give you new ideas as to how to perform the peek. It is well worth the money spent. If you are performing mentalism professionally, this investment will serve you well for many years.

Acidus is best for the type of glimpse that it provides. It works perfectly for what it is intended for.
But I think the one which is by far the best that is used by Richard Osterlind, is Bergson's Non Tear. Especially if you can burn it (as described in Tarbell). Richard's handling is beatuiful in it's execution as well. There are other methods discussed on different threads at present also. All of them are good. |
