Was talking to a buddy about this last week and he said that I had been there and witnessed history as it happened. Never quite thought about it like that, but he is right. Then I proceeded to take 14 seconds to get out of S&W 100s, and was told that.......... "its just not rubbing off on me". :0
...think not that all wisdom is in your school. You may have studied other paths, but, it is important to remember that no matter who you are or where you come from, there is always more to learn.

I can do that in about 2-2.5 as well. But that's with cuffs in front locks towards my palms and my pick in hand right above the first lock. So I guess that doesn't count lol

Congrats again to Cindini for making it to the "Top Record Holders" section of the Record Holders Republic Website with 10 records.
http://www.recordholdersrepublic.co.uk/toprecordholders.asp (she is listed as number 18 although this is not a ranking based on skill as I am at number 2, its alphabetical) Well done once again. |

Well I should share with you all that my submission for my Handcuff escape while defying G forces and being slammed around inside and cuffed to a roller coaster was rejected for a record. So don;t waste your time attempting that one. Just thought I'd save you the trouble. Although it was really fun handcuffed to the coaster and beating the clock to the finish line. Don;'t think the "Carny" would appreciate if I was stuck restrained to it without another ticket Carry on, Cindi |

Yeh I do. I did that at Last year's So. Florida fair along with a few other events. I did'nt search out the footage and send it in because I wanted to submit the Idea to Officials but they said that it would fall under more of a "stunt" type deal. If I run across it I'll let Ya know. Hey try liberating yourself while in the Haunted House and pitch black! Now that was reallllllly Fun C |

You know Cindi, it is one thing I have never understood... When I was busking/betting in college, I hated to be blindfolded during a handcuff escape. The blindfold made no difference at all to me. My hands were behind my back where I couldn't see them anyway. I was picking by feel, not by sight. What bothered me was the idea that someone could do something inappropriate, like puchning me in the face. That never happened; thankfully. The specs always cheered and jeered at the thought of a blidfold. Do you find it harder to escape when you can't see?
