While many of the books that are listed are out of print but many are. Most of the Kaufman and Company books are available through the Genii site. This includes Spirit Theatre - but unfortunately it doesn't include the recording of Eugene performing two of the effects.
I would recommend keeping one's eye on the used lists of Bradbury Books and H&R - for example - as there are often surprising discoveries for the diligent.
