Hello
I'm hoping some of the english magicians may be able to tell me if it is possible to buy jumbo english coins. I could live with any coin although I guess a £2 or 10p wouls be best.I've checked a few sites with no luck. I know I can get one made from scratch but it's going to cost a fortune, which I find a little frustrating since american jumbo coins are as cheap as chips. Thanks in advance Paul |

Your not kidding. Went through my whole drawer and found only American old and new.
You might try making a color (colour) copy of a pound coin and enlarge it on the computer. I know it sound absurd, but given the variety of paper you could print it on you could make a really convincing coin. Glue it to another jumbo coin and you have all you need (weight and sound) for a jumbo climax, "Look, it got big! Thanks folks. Goodnight!" Just as well the english coins don't come jumbo or I'd start collecting those. |

The thing is, I'm sure I've seen them advertised somwhere before, even if they were made of plastic.
Thanks for the other idea though, it may well work, it'd just be nice to have the real thing |
