After the U.S. DOD came out with the Iraq Most Wanted deck of cards with Saddam's mug shot, and the rest, another deck has been produced with the mug shots of Osama and the other FBI/Interpol most wanted criminals, called "The World's Most Wanted" deck.
So, when I got an Outlaw Effects, Homicide Book, I saw an instant relationship to the new deck, and I got a deck off ebay. Looking at the deck, several of the criminal's descriptions match the cases in the Homicide book pretty well. I then developed a routine to predict the free choice of the spectator made from the book and it also matches the card chosen from the deck. I just posted a revised writeup on the Outlaw Effect forum, props thread, for your reviewing pleasure. While using a deck of cards may be too magic tricky for some it is an interesting deck of real world criminals that can eerily bring the cases in the book to life. While it is not as integrated as Sinister, the most wanted deck adds a visual aspect with the mug shots. The more senses in play the better the effect, within reason. Just remember these are real criminals so if you see one do not approach them asking if they want to see a trick with this cool deck of cards. Call your local Interpol office! J. Manuel
Nothing would get done at all, if man waited so long that no one could find fault with it.

Thanks for the nod.
I do think that most of these photos are real, and any exposure to the public can maybe help identify some of these wanted people. And to fold some reality into the web we weave just makes the whole effect more believable. J.Manuel

I have this deck and the Homicide book. Good thinking. I am amazed (but not surprised) at the creativity that the Outlaw Books inspire. And they are so new. Especially Sinister. I think that the best is yet to come for inspiration and development of ideas, and applications with Outlaw Effects. Keep imagining.
