Seems like the Magic Café' would be the perfect place to start a project to index sleights, effects, etc. across all media types (books, DVDs, lecture notes, etc.). If you want to know something about a "retention vanish" or the "Chicago Opener", you can find every single resource that provides information on it.

Big project, you bet, but if one person did a good job of indexing a single DVDs (or whatever), a significant and valuable resource could come about in a very short period of time.

It would require some standards to be set for all to follow, but could probably work in a Wiki-like manner. Maybe it should be a "Banquet Room" (somewhat restricted access) resource because of how "all encompassing" and direct this resource would be.

Just a thought.
