Happy Halloween everyone!
The house is all decorated inside and out! The graveyard has about 15 tombstones. Two graves are fresh (something has already come out of one of them) and another grave is dug and uncovered....empty....for the time being. Regormortis is ready to walk the spooky grounds and welcome all the victi....visitors tonight!

Indeed.
However, I'm having a "bah humbug" kind of year.. I guess that's bound to happen when you have a 5 year old though, I guess mommy's right, I don't want to scar the kid for life, or make him so terrified that he's turned off from Halloween forever. Mark my words though, in a few years, the "King of Halloween" (in my area anyway ) will be back with a bloodthirsty vengeance !!!! :firedevil:

No word from TurtleSkull Island on Isso's status as Minister of Information yet. Hail quota not reached. Things look grim.

Well, it's over. I hope you all had a great Halloween. We did, but I am drained.
Now comes the scary part.....tearing down, packing, cleaning up, etc... :) Regan

We had a great time, this is the first year we lived in a neighborhood where we actually had trick-or-treaters. I posted a similar story in the little darlings forum, but I will do so again here.
As the young ones come around the dark walkway towards the front of the house, they hear eerie, haunting music coming from up ahead. As they round the last curve in the pathway, they are met by a dark, still, faceless figure. Everyone freezes, yet their gazes are strangely held in place by the figure before them. The wary visiters now notice something moving in the spectre's hands, something long and smooth. The few brave souls that look closer see a live serpent crawling around the figure. Some of the young ones decide to back away, others continue slowly towards the Faceless One. As they approach, their courage is rewarded as the Faceless One slowly moves for the first time, frightening all those near, as it points towards the door that is slowly opening in front of them. A hauntingly beautiful enchantress comes slowly out of the door, bringing with her treats for the brave souls that have endured the evenings horror. As the young ones recieve their treats, the Faceless One goes inside the darkened entrance way, and the little ones are encouraged by the Enchantress to peer inside. What they see is the dark figure holding the ends of an old battered table in the soft glow of many half-burned candles. As they watch, the table begins to slowly shake, then rises off the ground and seems to hover around the shadowy figure. All at once, the table flies towards the guests, and most back away trembling. But one or two manage to conquer their fear and are motioned to hold the ends of the cloth, and they witness the table rise once again as they hold onto it. After looking under the table and seeing that it is truly floating through the air, they witness the table suddenly leap into the air and the mysterious figure backs away to the darkest corner of the room, leaving the guests to go about their business on this most darkest of nights. There you have it, feel free to go and see a few pictures I posted on my myspace site: http://www.myspace.com/chadcrewsmagic . Remember, the whole atmosphere is much more spooky and dark than in some of the pictures (we had the flash on the camera for many shots), but there are a few that are really cool looking. Needless to say, we had a blast and so did the trick-or-treaters! Have a good day, Chad |

Nice Chad.
Sounds Like the type of house I want to have. I wish I was in the US. Here in SA we have to look for places that celebrate. We got to decorate a shop but you cant get nice stuff to decorate with here. We get all the cheap Cr@p that makes it look like a party and not a haunt. One day... Regards Wolflock
