A local museum is just closing out a touring photo exhibit called "Spiritualism & The Victorian Era". don't know how I missed it but they hosted the thing for 5 weeks going through Halloween. Lots of sepia photos of people in seances, the Fox sisters, etc, even the Davenports scored a shot.
You may want to see if this exhibit is coming to your town cause with a little prep you could likely sell a "spirit magic" show demonstrating the spiritualist practices to the musuem with little trouble.
