John C Eternal Order I THINK therefore I wrote 12945 Posts |
I am creating an illusion show for our family (6 year old, 4 year old, 2 year old, and my wife). I have the basic premis of the show and what illusions I want to perform. I have a few friends here that can build the illusions.
Does anyone have any opinion on the illusion book at: illusionbook.com by Maynestream? Any one used it? Any other suggestion on how to go about finding the illusions I want to perform. Thanks for any tips. John Cesta |

My son will be 4 next month... I have used him in a few shows, and he does great! I use the boy to rabbit, and also have a scaled-down zig-zag. The audience goes nuts over both.
As far as the book by Maynestream, I am not familiar with it, but will definitely check it out. Bengi |

I have read through this book. It has some great ideas in it. Andrew Mayne has a way of thinking for the low budget magician. Simple yet devastating. It is a good book. I am sure you will find something in it to fit your needs
