Hi everyone,
Our school throws annually one of the biggest spirit week's in our Province. They asked me to perform some illusion(s) in front of 2000 plus people. I need some ideas for a production because there will be the odd few behind. I really want to do the moving slates where the 2 slates pass each other then the magician is standing in between them. Any other ideas? Personal experiences? Thanks! Evan |

You could use the classic door production

Bryces Screen and many others.
Your budget is one big deciding factor. What's that like??? After that I could give you some suggestions. Is there a theatre shop or woodworking shop at your school, this would be a grest group to work with. Blair Marshall "ShaZzam!"

If you have a stage with a back drop then spector cabinate by Andrew Mayne is pretty good. it will cost you about 60-90 dollars to make.

A lot of Grant's Victory Carton illusions could be decorated into a hip-hop sort of street theme and give you some large effects which can be easily disposed of after the event, with little worry about the minimal cost. The biggest cost will be the paint and the decor.
