Does anyone know if the material in this CD is the same as in the book set? I was extremely disappointed when I got the Tarbell course on CD to find that it did not include everything from the books.
Thanks! |

I have the cd and almost positive it is the same material. It looks like they really photo copied the pages right onto the disk. I love all the information that is presented and reference to it all the time. It is the sacred book for silk magic. I highly suggest it.

Everything is included - down to the page numbers. There are no missing pages - the greatest bargain in magic.

I understand that now the CD version is out,
they are going to suspend publication of the print version! I fear this is also being planned for Tarbell. For me this is apples and oranges, yes a CD-Rom is good for a search, but there is a magic to having a book in hand to read. Ol'e fuddy-duddy, Walt |

The CD is also available from Hank Lee. It would be a shame if the books were no longer published. It would be nice to have all 4 volumes on one CD but loosing the books is a tragedy.

I agree!
Man...back in my day, books (BLAAAATT!!! Geezer alarm goes off)...oops, I'm geezing again...sheesh! What I mean is, we all learned from books early on...us old-timers, that is...and I guess I'm confused...what are we trying to do SAVE TREES? Make the pages out of rice! Then you COULD call the books Rice's RICE Encyclopedia of Silk Magic...(groans from all around)... Seriously...I also hope these fine books are not being discontinued... Just call me Old Fuddy-Dougie.... Doug |
