How did she get into the waist harness with no one touching her?
Its the same illusion but so completely different. It is in need of so much more drama. You were supposed to escape. You got cut in half, why are you smiling?

Uninteresting presentation. Good for study to learn how NOT to present an illusion of that nature. Technically it went well, but the staging and timing could be improved. It looks like Jim Gerrish gave him some help with Hardboard and Duct Tape for the box, but even Jim would have stiffened the hardboard and brightened up the decorations and costumes - save the black and gloom for when it's needed. The startling blade drop was the best part. Keep that and work backwards to improve everything else.

Not sure how this would be an infringement on DC's illusion. Its not a saw, so it can't be the Death Saw. How would this be looked at?

He stole part from the Death Saw and part from the Blade that's it. Oh and he is the most famous in Russia.

Funny how when I got outside of the United State I see A LOT of stuff taken from other people, illusions that we can NOT get performance rights to but yet in these countries there are magicians that get it build and perform it and they are the hit in that part of the world. I have seen 3 Head Movers 2 done very well and one that was god horrible. 4 death saws ranging from ok to great. And a lot of versions of passing thru a fan!
