Does anyone know how to build up a muscle pass quickly anyway besides doing it over and over? Any input by anyone would be greatly appreciated.
thanks |

I have been working on this for the last three weeks and have gotten nowhere with it. From what they time me, just keep working on it don't give up. It's not easy and it is a matter of time in order to build up the knack for it! I'm afraid thats the best I can do for you. I'll keep you posted!

practice... alot... its a matter of finding your sweetspot and then strengthening it and getting some "muscle memory"

There is alot said about the "Muscle Pass" in "The Magic Café." Put "Muscle Pass" in "search" and investigate what members said about it. I hope this helps.

If you want to build up the muscles in you hand check out David Stones site. He has a brief article on this. I think that his site is:

I do the muscle pass from both the classic palm and the thenar region (near the base of the thumb). I get much more height and velocity with the coin closer to the thumb than when it is in the classic palm. Try different spots for the coin until you find the one that works best for you.

Use a lighter coin such as the weight of a poker chip, should make it a lot easier to do.

Before you ask a question try to do a search to see if any one has asked it before.
