What stage illusions pack small and play big. Things that could FLY with you to the gig. I've been working on Quick Change costumes, Dancing Canes, and I've purchased a PDF of PVC pipe illusions and also looked at those kinds of illusion that fold up and spring into place. I also have Andrew Maynes VooDoo Box.
What other ideas are there? Thanks Dave I need to produce three female singers

To produce your three female singers in a portable Illusion:
1. Jim Gerrish's Utility Cabinet - handheld model. You produce the first singer by yourself, then she helps you produce the other two, either together or in quick succession. (PVC Pipe Book 1-03 - this is one you already have, Slim King!) 2. Bryce's Screen - plans available from Paul Osborne, but easy to make in PVC Pipe as well as wood. A PVC Pipe version would be easier to transport and set up. Produce the singers one after another in quick succession. 3. Wizard-style Pouch Illusion - no boxes. Bring out a small pouch - shake it and it doubles in size. Shake it again and it becomes really huge (six feet high). Open up the top and pull it down to the floor to release the three dancers inside it. Made entirely of fabric, some sewing involved and a lot of chutzpah. 4. Inflatable Birthday Cake - remove inflatable cake from small box. Start the blower. When the cake is fully inflated, unzip it to let the three singers out.

Hey Dave,
Packs small and plays big, for a large stage illusion, you can carry our Enigma Escape in a brief case. You might also consider the blanket wrap illusion shown on the Mark Wilson tapes as well as elsewhere. All the best, Rob |

I flew with my Creative Magic B-Screens for the first time.
They were my "carry on" and were no problem as it was not a full flight. At about 15lbs they are the most portable/plays-huge thing I've had. Walt |
