Hello wonderful people.

Happy (normal) New Year All..
Just think in 31 days, the real new year will begin.

I hope you had a fantastic Holiday.

So much new stuff to report, but I want to take the time
to report on this alone.

Last year, on my brithday, I received a phone call from the American
Heart Associations National Center. Turned out of several stories
that have passed through their desk, we were chosen to be featured
in their annual report.

So We did a phone interivew, then we scheduled a photo shoot the
following month. It was fantastic.

We are featured in the annual report, representing the American
Stroke Association.

Plus, they also decided to do a special write up about me in the
Fundraising section on my unique way of raising awareness
and funds to support their research and education programs.

40,000 reports were printed and sent to various offices and affiliations, corporations that work with the AHA.

Field reports were very positive.

This has been a riviting experience for me, because I never expected this
kind of acknowledgement. I only did this, because I was dealing with the
after-emotional effects of my father's stroke, and an unexpected turn in my life.
Emotionally and Career wise. I just wanted to get people to know what to
do to prevent such things happening to them.

I'll report in on some of the other things in a couple of wees that are new
and such...
