I'm trying to rework my egg bag routine that I use in my kid show. I like audience participation ..... any suggested routines?

You might want to check out Jim Gerrish's "Ungimmicked Egg Bag Routine" from his "Kid Show Magic" section on my site. It's filled with audience participation from start to finish. It's also structured in sections, so you can do a longer or a shorter routine just by adding or dropping sections.

I like the Mardo Egg Bagg routine by Martin Lewis. It is short , to the point , & magical.

For a kids show you want audience participation as you suggested:
check out: trevor lewis gazzo denny henny also read trevor lewis' book UNCUT for ideas as well as silly billy's book seriously silly for how to add your own ideas. for me the martin lewis routine does not come to mind when I think of a kid's show.

David Ginn's routine on "Live KidBiz" was the starting point for my routine. Since I hate the "bag to chicken" ending, I finish with a false "explanation" of the trick, during which I load two more eggs and a rubber banana into the bag. Their eyes pop when I pull a second egg out of the bag, then a third egg, and a banana.

Bob Sheets has a great routine in his lecture that I've been doing for a couple of years now.

Edwin Hooper's 'My Magic Hat' used an egg bag in the shape of a magician's hat and produced golden eggs. The final load was an enormous egg which contained a limp chicken. It's the best egg bag routine I ever used for kids. You can find the routine in Edwins Magic Vol 2.
