OK..I promised Tony and others I let everybody know when the book was out. Because of all the hits I'm getting to certain pages I decided to move up the availability.

Unless it is an autobiography, the picture of the author is supposed to either go on the back or inside the cover.

It is very autobiographical and the picture of Mamma Josh just screamed to go on the cover. So who am I to argue?
