I did find a website advertising haunted houses open during halloween. It lists them in each state.
http://www.geocities.com/heartland/2007/haunts.html Skroll near the bottom, under Wisconsin. That one is put on by Andrew de Ruiter. It gives an email address, as well as a phone number.
