Hover Card is one of the most magical effect you can perform. BUT...it has to be performed correctly. If the card shoots out, etc. it kills the illusion. Slow and steady ( as always ) wins the race with this effect.

For its price its undervalued. Fantastic effect with fantastic reactions.Its as close as you could get to a 10/10.

Undervalued? Not sure about that.
 It was actually described in print back in 1998 in a booklet called "The At of Close-Up Levitation" under it's original title "Face Off". The booklet contained other ideas, including another from Dan, and was produced by "The Underground", a teaming up at the time of Jon Jensen and Steve Fearson. Perhaps with an internet search the publication may still be found.
